Payment Terms

These terms govern use of the payment services provided through Toss Payments Co., Ltd. and Paddle.com Market Limited within Specnote (specnote.io), operated by Dannect, Inc. Specnote is an AI-based scenario verification and test automation service.

Article 1 — Payment processors

The Company designates Toss Payments Co., Ltd. (domestic Korean cards) and Paddle.com Market Limited (international cards) as payment processors (PGs). Processors execute card-issuer-delegated payment processing. Domestic payments comply with the Korean Electronic Financial Transactions Act; international payments comply with Paddle's Merchant of Record policies.

Article 2 — Payment methods

  • Domestic Korean credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, AMEX, all Korean issuers)
  • Korean easy-payment (Kakao Pay, Naver Pay, Payco, etc.)
  • International credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Apple Pay, Google Pay — via Paddle)
  • Recurring billing is processed through the PG's billing-key issuance flow.

Article 3 — Payment information storage

  1. The Company does not directly store sensitive payment information such as card numbers, CVCs, or expiration dates.
  2. Payment information is securely stored by Toss Payments / Paddle in accordance with the PCI-DSS standard.
  3. The Company stores only the billing key (identifier) issued by the PG, additionally encrypted with AES-256-GCM. The billing key alone cannot be used to charge a card.

Article 4 — Payment disputes

Payment-related disputes are addressed by the Company first. When unresolvable, the Company cooperates with Toss Payments / Paddle. Card-issuer-level disputes (e.g., unauthorized charges) may be filed directly with your card issuer's customer service.

Article 5 — Receipts and tax invoices

After payment, receipts can be issued at "My Page → Billing history." Corporate members may request a tax invoice. For Paddle payments, Paddle serves as Merchant of Record and handles receipts and VAT.
