Youth Protection Policy

Dannect, Inc. establishes and operates this Youth Protection Policy under the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection and the Youth Protection Act of the Republic of Korea, so that minors can grow into well-rounded individuals.

Article 1 — Restriction on children under 14

  1. The Company does not permit children under 14 years of age to register as members.
  2. At sign-up, members confirm that they are aged 14 or older; those under 14 cannot register. (The Company does not separately collect dates of birth.)
  3. If an account is later identified as belonging to a child under 14, membership is terminated immediately and all collected personal information is destroyed.

Article 2 — Harmful content filtering

  1. The Company relies on the content-safety policies of its AI model provider (Anthropic) to discourage the generation of the following harmful content, and takes action without delay when harmful information is reported or discovered:
    • Obscene or sexually explicit content
    • Violent or cruel content
    • Content promoting illegal gambling, drugs, or suicide
    • Discriminatory or hateful expressions
  2. Specnote is a scenario verification and test-automation tool, not a service that generates or publishes general content; the above safety policies apply within the scope of its AI features.

Article 3 — Monitoring of harmful information

  1. The Company removes harmful information targeting youth without delay upon discovery.
  2. Members and third parties may report youth-harmful information:

Article 5 — Protection of members aged 14 to 18

  1. Members aged 14 to 18 are encouraged to obtain consent from their legal guardian before making paid purchases.
  2. If a minor makes a payment without legal guardian consent, the guardian may request cancellation under Article 5 of the Korean Civil Act, and the Company will issue a full refund immediately.
