Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from your billing page. Upgrades apply immediately; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
What are credits?
Credits measure how much work the AI does — things like scenario extraction and AI interviews. You get 30 on signup; Standard refills 260 and Pro refills 660 every billing cycle. You can top up anytime if you run out.
How does the refund policy work?
100% refund within 7 days of your first payment. After 7 days, we issue a prorated refund based on remaining usage.
How do I cancel auto-renewal?
One click from your billing page. After cancellation, you'll keep Pro features until the next billing date.
Can I get invoices or tax receipts?
Yes. After payment, you can issue tax invoices, cash receipts, and credit-card payment slips directly from your billing history.
How much do I save with yearly billing?
