Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from your billing page. Upgrades apply immediately; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
What are credits?
Credits measure how much work the AI does — things like scenario extraction and AI interviews. You get 60 on signup; Standard refills 260 and Pro refills 660 every billing cycle. You can top up anytime if you run out.
How does the refund policy work?
Specnote is a digital service that starts immediately upon payment. If you haven't used any credits within 7 days of payment, you get a full refund. If you've used some credits, only the balance after deducting usage is refunded, and payments become non-refundable after 7 days. You can cancel anytime with one click to stop future charges. See the Refund Policy for details.
How do I cancel auto-renewal?
One click from your billing page. After cancellation, you'll keep Pro features until the next billing date.
How much do I save with yearly billing?
Effectively 2 months free. Standard: $39 × 12 = $468, but yearly is $374. Pro: $99 × 12 = $1,188, but yearly is $950 — roughly 20% (~2 months) off.
Do you accept international cards?
Yes. Both domestic and international cards are processed through Paddle. Prices are shown in USD ($).
